Consultations & Counselling
This service is open for the personnel of our clients where we help the managers through the mental stresses of their routine interactions with associates, clients, and leaders, as well. We assists employees with personal and work-related issues that may result in disruption in their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. Employees can reach out via phone call or email to our counselors. Our trained professionals will be available from 9 am to 5 pm, 6 days a week. If the client requires the service also covers family members of employees that are experiencing behavioral or mental health emergencies.
Mental Health Assessment
If the client requires, we provide employee mental health assessments with professionals who specializes in the mental health fields of relevance, either through our residential professionals in Clinica Male’ or through the large professional pool in Solace.
Trainings in Mental Health
Drug-free Workplace Education
We train employers to be able to deter, detect, and defend their employees in the fight for a drug-free workplace. We provide workshops on substance abuse, and also an outpatient program to rehabilitate if needed.
Mental Health & Psychometric Assessment Training
Whether during the recruitment process or during the routine business, it is important to identify traits of psychological distress in your workforce, to have the confidence you need in the productivity of your associates. We provide the required training for the HR team to identify and guide your associates to us before there is any disruption in their job performance, due to mental health conditions.
